Fierce Bloom – by Heather Mirassou

I was born with the aches
Of the earth in my bones
A wildflower soul
Breaking through stone
The storms bent my stalk
But did not destroy
I swayed, whispered
And still found joy
My voice once silenced
Now hums like a breeze
Moving through pines
And whispering seas
I write not just words
But the weight of the sky
My pain roots deep
Yet still asks why
There is fire in my chest
Yet I cradle it soft
A flame not burning
But lifting aloft
I am a whisper of love
That won't shrink from its name
I plant bare feet root in soil
I am healing in motion
Not needing a plan

It feels like you’ve laid bare a very profound personal philosophy here.
Heather, this is a testament to the fact that strength doesn’t always roar; sometimes, it whispers love and persists, simply by planting its feet and moving forward.❤️

Lovely. And such rhythm. Like listening to water flow over stones.
